UCC. APE. With Conor and Conor
In November 2016, we were treated to some third year students from UCC. PE department coming into the school. Two male students came called Conor and Conor which made remembering their names easy( even for Eithne.)
They arrived in October and met the pupils they would be working with. Then they returned after Halloween and began to teach some dance. The pupils learnt the HAKA scoil Triest style and then moved onto some other dances, finishing off with two weeks of badminton.
In total 16 pupils were involved. All the pupils enjoyed their time with Conor and Conor

RTE OPERATION TRANSFORMATION 10 @ 10
On Friday February 10th at 10.00 am Scoil Triest , like many other schools up and down the country, downed pencils, stood up, jumped, ran, and stretched along with the presenters in the video for 10 @ 10.
Classes had been practicing for the previous week in their rooms in preparation for Fridays school workout, when any pupil who wished to participate gathered in the school hall where the video was set up.
Within a few minutes of arriving at the hall, there were some very red smiling faces as staff and pupils followed the instructions as a school for the first time.
The workout is able to be followed at home with no equipment and very limited space.. so, if interested follow the link below:-
